St. Luke's Lutheran Church is going GREEN!

Pre-existing 5 foot deep foundation removed and the house was raised to make room for new Arxx foundation

Ground-breaking Ceremony for
St. Luke's Lutheran Church Expansion Project

New Arxx foundation under existing home, 3 wings and a new porch.

The new footings are complete.

Removal of old flooring and floor joists on first floor due to rot. House is now resting on the completed Arxx foundation.

Concrete has been poured and leveled and the church is ready for its new foundation.

The first floor framing of new sunken family room to the left and the new kitchen on the right.

Installing the brick ledge on the Arxx foundation prior to pouring the concrete.

The new home has come a long way.

Inside the newly expanded choir loft, the window is placed in the new "Contemplation room."

The little historical old house is now a state of the art 8,000 sq/ft Mansion home!
